DRC designed and undertook the assessment works under challenging conditions that required utilising drilling and excavation technologies suited to site conditions with limited access and subject to heritage overlays, liaising with various offsite stakeholders regarding essential offsite works and completing the works on budget and within limited timeframes critical to the profitable development of the site.

DRC’s design and implementation of the assessment works included the use of drilling equipment that was specifically adopted to suit a site with limited access and new soil vapour and groundwater sampling technologies that are more cost and time effective than the more widely used standard sampling methodologies.
