Time Sensitive rapid support to the builder for remediation works and vapour management system design services. DRC provided rapid response to support urgent site remediation works and urgent design response to enable redevelopment of a heavily contaminated former automotive facility into a school in an emerging brownfields redevelopment area of Inner Melbourne.

DRC designed and undertook the assessment works under challenging conditions that required utilising drilling and excavation technologies suited to site conditions with limited access and subject to heritage overlays, liaising with various offsite stakeholders regarding essential offsite works and completing the works on budget and within limited timeframes critical to the profitable development of the site.
