Project Description:

An assessment of multiple layers of uncontrolled fill soils and underlying natural soils to provide the most cost effective and straightforward procedure for the removal and offsite disposal of up to 8000 m3 of soils to be excavated as part of the proposed development works. These works also included and assessment of the potential health and environmental risks associated with the identified 1200 m3 contaminated soils and management procedures required to safely remove these materials.
